Why I teach fitness classes:  I love the energy that is created when you are in a group of people that are in movement. It’s fun and creates a positive environment that everyone can thrive off. I love the feeling a being able to to do that while getting peoples hearts racing, and endorphin’s pumping.

Why I teach fitness classes:  I want to bring a comfortable and exciting atmosphere to each of my classes that emphasizes teamwork to make living a healthy lifestyle fun for everyone involved!

Why I teach fitness classes: I enjoy teaching because it helps me maintain physical, mental and emotional balance, and share that balance with others.

Why I teach fitness classes:   I teach group fitness because it gives me the opportunity to create a fun and non-intimidating avenue for physical activity that gets beginners excited about exercise, yet challenges those more advanced. Aerobic activity can be daunting and group exercise provides an encouraging and motivating atmosphere.

I teach group fitness because I wasn’t very confident working out by myself when I first started and I want to show in my class that working out doesn’t have to be scary! It can be fun and enjoyable, while working towards your personal fitness goal!
