If you wish to get started with a workout that meets your fitness goals or just need someone to motivate you to work-out regularly, consider purchasing personal training sessions. Our personal training programs are appropriate for all fitness levels and are open to both members and non-members. All personal training clients are required to complete a fitness assessment prior to training. Additionally, UIC offers partner and small-group personal training whereby you can take advantage of the many motivational and social benefits from training with a partner.
