Our personal trainers will design a program to meet your needs and objectives-from getting into fitness, learning how to use equipment, providing motivation to workout regularly to adding variety and challenges to your workout routine.
Personal training programs are appropriate for all fitness levels and are open to both members and non-members. All personal training clients are required to complete a fitness assessment prior to training.
Additionally, UIC offers partner and small-group personal training to take advantage of the many motivational and social benefits from training with a partner.
