Group Fitness Classes
Introduction
Keep your fitness routine going!  Our group fitness instructors are trained to deliver safe and effective workouts that produce results. Classes are set up in a fun, social, and welcoming environment. Get fit, burn calories, get strong, and relieve stress. It’s easy! Classes are accessible via the Group Fitness Pass for UIC students and Recreation and Wellbeing members.
Group Fitness classes offer a variety of high-energy formats like spin, boxing, yoga, Zumba, and strength. These classes are perfect for drop-in flexibility and fun, social workouts.

- Formats like Cycling, Boxing Conditioning, HIIT, Yoga, Bollywood, Zumba, Core, Strength, Self Defense and more
