UIC Affiliates Memberships
Introduction
Individuals with a current affiliation to the University of Illinois Chicago (other than student, faculty/staff and alumni) may qualify for a UIC Affiliate membership. Examples of UIC Affiliates include Extra-Help employees, Corporate MBA students, English Tutorium students, and Newman Center employees. UIC Affiliates must have a valid Extra Help or Visitor i-card to be considered for the membership type. The i-card must be presented when applying for a recreation membership. A letter from a university employer may be required and the membership is not allowed to exceed the expiration date that is on the i-card. Please contact Member Services if you think you qualify.

Qualifying individuals may purchase memberships for their spouse/domestic Partner, child, or adult dependent (18-26). The affiliate does not need to be a member in order for their spouse/domestic partner or adult dependent to purchase a membership, but both must be present with proper documentation at the time of purchase or renewal.
