Adult Information
Our Adult Swim Aquatics classes are designed to accommodate adults of all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve your swimming technique, our classes provide a comfortable and supportive environment. The lessons are taught by 2-3 instructors with 7-8 students per class, ensuring individual attention and a safe learning space.

- Location: 828 S Wolcott Ave.
- Class Duration: 1-hour lessons
- Schedule: Classes meet once a week for 5 weeks
Evaluation Information
- Evaluation Pre-Requisite: An evaluation is required for new participants in the Adult Swim Aquatics program.
- For Beginner Level Students: If you know you are at the beginner level, no evaluation is required. You can register directly for Adult Swim Level 1.
Class Structure
- Class Size: Each class will have 7-8 students, with 2-3 instructors for a personalized experience.
- Student Comfort: We understand that adults have varying levels of comfort in the water. Our classes are tailored to meet the needs and goals of each student, with levels based on your comfort and ability.
Please review policies prior to enrollment
- No Make-ups: We do not offer make-up classes for missed sessions unless there is a doctor-documented illness or condition.
- Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for a doctor-documented illness or condition.
- Nontransferable: Lessons are nontransferable.
- All Adult Lessons will be at the Sport and Fitness Center ( 828 S Wolcott Ave.)

All prices displayed on the ClubAutomation website are membership prices. Once you log into your account, the price will be adjusted based on your membership or affiliation with UIC.
