Tired of diets that don’t work? Find out how many calories your body burns in a day! RMR testing will assess your unique metabolism and find the rate at which you burn calories.  This test takes about 90 minutes to complete.

After the test, you will know exactly how many calories you need to eat every day to gain, lose, or maintain your weight. You’ll leave with a weekly plan of how many calories to eat, and how many calories to burn through exercise.

Most people know that cardiovascular exercise is important, but knowing how intense a workout should be is different for each individual and is dependent on goals and current fitness level.

Lactate Tests help determine the correct training intensity to increase power and endurance.  Knowing the corresponding lactate values at a given heart rate range allows you to adjust your training to meet specific goals.  Train smarter, not harder.

Please fill this self-administered medical history form and submit to fitness coordinator at the FitWell Center.
