The Get FIT Challenge is an opportunity for individuals to start living a more active and healthy lifestyle. Participants will actively try to decrease body fat percentage over the course of 11 weeks. The individuals with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd largest body fat percentage loss will be rewarded!

Pre-testing- January 15-31
-Stop in the Human Performance Lab located in the SRF between the hours of 9am-7pm Mon-Fri or 10am-2pm on Saturdays to take measurements. No appointment is necessary.
Program runs from February 1-April 17
February 23, March 30 and April 20 at 5pm
Monthly Fitness Challenges
February 24, April 1, and April 21 at 5pm
Post-testing- April 20-May 1
