UIC Recreation and Wellbeing offers two options for group fitness programs: Free Fitness Classes and Premium Fitness Classes.
The Free Fitness program offers free classes to UIC Students and UIC Recreation and Wellbeing members. These classes include Spin 45, Boxing Conditioning, Relax & Restore Yoga, Bollywood, Zumba, just to name a few.
The Premium Fitness program offers semester long fee-based classes. This program is offered to members and non-members to learn a new skill or enjoy a new workout. These classes include Pilates Reformer, Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates Mat, Belly Dance, Zumba Gold, Self Defense, Ju-Jutsu and more!
