The Healthy Minds Study is an online survey focused on providing schools with a detailed look at their students' mental health, mental health service utilization, help-seeking behavior, and numerous other outcomes.
On April 1st, 12,000 randomly selected students at UIC will be invited to participate in HMS via email. Selected students will receive an email from healthyminds-UIC@umich.edu with the subject line "Announcing the Healthy Minds Study at UIC". Your responses are confidential!
Students who complete the survey will be eligible to receive a $10 Amazon gift card. Participants will also be entered to win a variety of other prizes including:
- assorted gift cards ranging from ($100-$250)
-Nintendo Switch
-Apple TV 4K
And one of nine GRAND PRIZES.
Week 1: $750 Delta Airlines Gift Card OR Apple AirPods Max
Week 2: Dyson Air Wrap OR iPad Air
Week 3: $750 Ticketmaster Gift Card OR $750 Delta Airlines Gift Card
Following the close of the survey, three students who complete the survey will be selected to win one $750 Amazon Gift Card.
