Adult Swim Lessons

Class Overview

  • Location: 828 S Wolcott Ave.
  • Class Duration: 1-hour lessons
  • Schedule: Classes meet once a week for 5 weeks

Our Adult Swim Aquatics classes are designed to accommodate adults of all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve your swimming technique, our classes provide a comfortable and supportive environment. The lessons are taught by 2-3 instructors with 7-8 students per class, ensuring individual attention and a safe learning space.

Evaluation Information

  • Evaluation Pre-Requisite: An evaluation is required for new participants in the Adult Swim Aquatics program. Please visit our Group Swim Lesson page to view the evaluation sign up link
  • For Beginner Level Students: If you know you are at the beginner level, no evaluation is required. You can register directly for Adult Swim Level 1.

Class Structure

  • Class Size: Each class will have 7-8 students, with 2-3 instructors for a personalized experience.
  • Student Comfort: We understand that adults have varying levels of comfort in the water. Our classes are tailored to meet the needs and goals of each student, with levels based on your comfort and ability.

Important Notes

  • No Make-ups: We do not offer make-up classes for missed sessions unless there is a doctor-documented illness or condition.
  • Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for a doctor-documented illness or condition.
  • Nontransferable: Lessons are nontransferable.
  • All Adult Lessons will be at the Sport and Fitness Center ( 828 S Wolcott Ave.)
