How to Start Virtual Personal Training Heading link
- Fill out our activities and goals sheet in addition to our self-administered medical history form and submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once the forms are reviewed and trainer secured the personal trainer will contact you to schedule a 30 minute consultation. This 30 minute consultation will temporally replace our general fitness assessment. This consultation does have a fee based on your membership status with UIC Campus Recreation.
